He is a recognized expert in banking, SAP Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO), with a proven track record in leading complex transformation projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Frei’s professional journey includes key leadership roles at multinational banks, fintech firms, and SAP consulting houses.
He has served as Solution Architect, Program Director, and Interim Manager for high-stakes digital transformation programs with project volumes exceeding €100 million.
His areas of specialization include S/4HANA transitions, business process redesign, and IT strategy development in highly regulated industries such as banking and insurance.
